  At this position at I put the finishing touches on all hot food leaving the kitchen before it gets served to the customer. I also visually examine the food to make sure it goes out cooked and plated perfectly. I have to work as a team with lots of communication between the servers, hosts, line cooks, managers, and utility workers. My position can really make or break the flow of the night, keeping food moving fast and the ticket times low or the complete opposite. It is key to always work hard, precise, and fast. Show less
