  Research: Affordable Laparoscopy for Laparoscopic Surgery in LMICs- Conducted testing to ensure that low and middle-income countries can gain access to a low-cost, durable,and reusable laparoscope called the Keyscope- Developing and testing 30 degrees and fluorescent laparoscopes for LMICs- Redesigned resolution card holder for use in the optical resolution box that allows for the use of easytesting of the Keyscope in LMICs- Developed two MATLAB applications to analyze the results of color and resolution targets from theKeyScope.   Being part of the QUEST Honors Program at the University of Maryland will enable me to acquire crucial teamwork, communication, leadership, and business problem-solving abilities through an intensive five-course curriculum. QUEST offers the chance to collaborate with actual clients within an interdisciplinary team, meticulously examining, researching, and addressing issues before presenting our proposed solutions. I see QUEST as a platform that affords me the flexibility and space to delve into fields beyond my major, bioengineering, and utilize the project collaboration and technical expertise I've gained in my coursework for product design and consulting ventures.
