  Seconded role until April 2021.Virtual Y is the YMCA’s new online youth and wellbeing platform funded by the DHHS to support the community in response to the COVID-19 shutdowns. I was able to navigate the many obstacles, competing priorities and challenges of working remotely in a team of over 100 members, to deliver a valuable youth support and wellness online platform to Victorians during lockdown.• Was able to quickly learn the requirements of the DHHS and deliver all digital elements of the project to specified guidelines.• Identified and documented key risks, constraints, dependencies and underpinning assumptions, as well as actions/mitigations required to address them• Defined project scope, goals and deliverables that supported business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.• Worked with external and business stakeholders to specify the implementation approach, schedule, budget, resource plan and project structure required to successfully deliver the project.• Evaluated trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.• Effectively managed our digital agency relationship to deliver regular functionality updates to platform. Show less I am responsible for delivering and managing the YMCA’s recreation centre websites as well as our online customer platform Virtual Y. This portfolio includes 38 websites which deliver content to our 50k+ members. This role pushes me to implement change which offers the biggest impact on customer experience and is scalable across our digital portfolio.- Have currently delivered 35 recreation websites to a high standard and within timeline- Gained key experience in project management software (JIRA, Trello, Asana) to maximise efficiency and output- Continually identifying and implementing user experience and performance improvements- Providing digital consulting expertise to internal stakeholders across all owned digital channels Show less In this role I worked on multiple projects including the delivery of a digital time and attendance/ rostering system for YMCA Victoria and implementing a Customer Relationship Management system and mobile application to work within the complex requirements of the NDIS.
