  NGMV- Next Generation Missile Vessel (Indian Navy)- 6Nos- Responsible for the procurement of ER machineries.- Preparation of functional drawings, P&IDs and arrangement drawings and obtain class approval.- Responsible for 3D modelling of ER, WJroom, issue of production drawings. ASW SWC- Antisubmarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft (Indian Navy) - 8Nos- Responsible for the procurement of Main engine with Gear box mounted on raft, Waterjets and shafting and other engineering machineries.- Review of functional drawings, P&IDs and arrangement drawings prepared by design consultants.- Responsible for 3D modelling of machinery compartments, issue of production drawings.- Preparation of test procedures (HATs / SATs), assisting commissioning of systems / machineries.FBOP- Floating Border Outposts (Border Security Force Water wing) – 9Nos- Design coordinator for the vessel and responsible for coordination with owner (Ministry of Home Affairs & BSF) and class IRS for any technical queries.- Responsible for design and preparation of functional drawings, P&IDs, arrangement drawings and obtain class approval.- Responsible for the 3D modelling of machinery compartments , extract MTO, valve list for procurement.- Preparation of technical specification for machineries and pipes & fittings and raising purchase requisition, technical evaluation of offers, providing technical acceptance, preparation of purchase order specification, verification of binding drawings from OEMs etc.- Preparation of onboard and sea trial procedures and obtaining owner and class approval of documents.- Attending sea trials for the vessels, closing owner and class comments.Indigenous Aircraft carrier (INS Vikrant for Indian Navy)- Associated with preparation of GRAQs (General requirement of Assurance of Quality) documents for commissioning, testing and trials of machineries.- Attended and closed sea trial comments by Indian Navy. Show less TDV – Technology demonstration Vessel (for DRDO)- Responsible for Design activities of Engine room of TDV vessel.- Preparation of P&IDs, functional drawings, calculations etc for the machinery systems, machineries.- Obtaining Class approval (Dual class vessel DNV and IRS) for the key plans. Closing class approval comments and incorporate in key drawing sif required.- Preparation of technical specification for machineries and creating purchase requisition for procurement- Technical evaluation of offers from bidders, providing technical acceptance. Verification of binding drawings from OEMs inline with specification requirement, providing comments and approval of drawings.- 3D modelling and issue of production drawings (Pipe piece, pie support, foundations for equipments, fabrication drawings, fitting arrangement drawings etc)- Preparation of MTO (Material take off), valve list, and procurement of pipes and fittings for piping systems.- Support Outfit department for the installation and commission activities of machineries and piping.- Preparation of Onboard and sea trial procedures, obtaining owner and class approval.- Attending sea trial and to close the comments, observations if any by owner, classification society.- Responsible for consolidation and issue of handing over documents such as certificates, manuals as fitted drawings and to vessel.Indigenous Aircraft carrier (INS Vikrant for Indian Navy)- Detailed engineering and Design activities of Aft Engine room of IAC-P71- Support outfit, Quality control department, Owner reps etc to carryout smooth installation, commissioning and to complete the site survey.- Co-ordinate with reps of PSI consultant M/s.Fincantieri for the integration activities during installation and commissioning.Marine Ambulance (State Government) – 3Nos- Procurement of machinery ventilation fan for the vessel.
