This paper, available at https://doi.org/10.1016/j.compmedimag.2023.102289, details our innovative approach to tackling aortic stenosis, a major cardiovascular disease. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my co-authors for their exceptional contributions and insights. In this study, we developed an advanced AI tool that significantly simplifies the process of reconstructing digital twins of patients' aortic valves and assessing calcification distribution. This tool represents not just an academic achievement but a potential paradigm shift in how we approach patient-specific diagnostics and treatment planning in cardiovascular medicine.Additionally, our conference paper titled "AI-Guided Assessment of Calcium Burden for Enhanced Risk Stratification and Outcome Prediction in Severe Aortic Stenosis Patients Undergoing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement," presented at the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, further demonstrates the potential of AI in improving the precision and effectiveness of medical interventions in cardiovascular care.
