Priorities were identifying, arresting and prosecuting individual(s) targeting Alltel for financial gain. Subjects of corporate fraud investigations included external individuals, organized criminal elements, employees; cases included identity theft, payment fraud, theft of cash and property. Each case was worked in a timely manner to its logical conclusion with all elements of the crime collected and clearly defined for the appropriate consumer to include Alltel management and criminal prosecutive authorities. Protecting Alltel property and proprietary information, customer personal information while maintaining the company's reputation and standing were paramount. Maintained close working relationships with all levels of management and human resource personnel. Participated in unemployment claims hearings. Experienced in providing courtroom testimony and depositions.
