  Division manager and senior publisher, best version media

  As the Division Manager for Best Version Media, I train, recruit and oversee publishers in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. These geographic areas represent over one dozen publications. I travel frequently to Brentwood, Long Beach and Glendale to cultivate relationships for the company. As the Senior Publisher for Best Version Media, I oversee two magazines: Living Carmel (for the residents of Carmel, Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Highlands) and Cypress (for the residents of Pebble Beach and Del Monte Forest). In this capacity I work with local businesses to solicit their support of the magazines. I supervise a designer, a professional writer and assist with art direction of photography. With the local focus of the two magazines, I ingratiate myself in the local community in order to determine the best scope of stories and advertisers.
