  First of its kind sports show that dedicated coverage to all levels of sports (little league to professional) across the state of CT. This show was available to over 150,000 homes through Frontier Communications and received an approximate 1 rating (average audience of 7,000) when it re-aired on a CT network affiliate.As the show’s first director, I created the look/feel of the show in terms of timing, graphics, and transitions. Hired, trained, and coordinated a group 10+ interns (new group every 3 months) of various ages, backgrounds, and experience in the following roles: Audio Technician, Technical Director, Graphics Controller (Chyron), Stage Manager, Teleprompter, Camera Operators, and Photogs. Assisted in the development and daily management of our show’s social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter) that built up a following of over 3,000 on each platform.Doubled up as a contributor - presenting feature pieces and sports highlights.
