This also attributed to a further refined search of each case while maintaining over 90,000+ cases through to completion. • I was the COVID-19 case intake and response subject matter expert and designed multiple standard operating procedures while following WHS direction.• Designed and implemented the Consolidated Contacts tool for disseminating communications. This required the use of multiple stakeholder groups developed by internal tools. This tool shaved 72 seconds off of each notification saving 1,375.6 hours and counting (based on 68,780 incidents globally). I was solely responsible for training 80+ personnel in using the tool. • Redesigned 26 Standard Operating Procedures for readability/process improvement. After launching the new formatting, I had saved 433 hours of time on task. • Led 24+ analysts in maintaining life safety initiatives regarding Last Mile Delivery for in-progress incidents.• Coordinated efforts to obtain cross-team functionality by insisting on higher communication standards amongst leaders across shifts while documenting events. • Adjusting and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on time and accuracy of information disseminated to stakeholders.
