  Ms. De Luna held various positions while employed at allianceUSA. She was the Senior Instructor, Hardware/Software Support Coordinator for all locations, She became the Training Center Manager of the Richardson, TX location, Interim Sales Manager and her last position held was that of Training Manager. She was responsible for the scheduling of instructors, classrooms, and managing the overall training schedule. A major part of her responsibility was to ensure the accurate setup of all software being trained in the classrooms.   For many years Becky has played an active role in developing Traveling Coaches resources for upcoming projects. She has developed customized outlines for clients based on their custom environments. She has been a Training Team Lead for many projects. Ms. De Luna has delivered the Office 2007 and Office 2010 IT Support Staff Training sessions for many clients. She continues to conduct on-going training for clients as well as internal staff.
