      In this position I had the responsibility for 9 direct reports (call methods, training, productivity, IT tools). I analyzed each region (market, actors, competition). I was responsible for the attainment of the Zones sales goal. I built and implemented the necessary action plans, taking into account the company's strategy to ensures the achievement of main objectives for the business unit. I defined the distribution approach of the zone to support the business unit and the customer. In this role I was responsible for managing the commercial and business relationship with Caterpillar through the implementation of the Key Account Planning Standard steps and tools. I achieved the annual business results and managed the business continuity. I negotiated and signed a multi-year commercial contract aligned with Michelin's commercial, financial and distribution strategies. As the Zone Training Manager I optimized the sales force organization by training and evaluating a call methodology along with tools and indicators. I implemented an account management standard. I conducted effective and efficient internal & external training on technical subjects as well as soft skills.
