  I am committed and strive to produce & deliver the highest quality product that is food-safe and legal, with a focus on continuously meeting and exceeding our customer expectations. In this time, I was a full time student at Hinds Community College where I was studying Business and Marketing Management. My experience as part of a sanitation crew has helped me in my journey to becoming the Food Safety & Quality Control Manager that I am today. It has allowed me to recognize what and where weaknesses my hide in one's business, therefore allowing me to ensure these weaknesses are controlled. In return, this allows for a legal, safe, and high quality product to be produced.
