  I have had the privilege to work at the organisation's Hydropower and Thermal power plants. I have managed to work across most sections (Operations, Mechanical, Electrical and Control & Instrumentation). Part of the team that was responsible for successfully commissioning the Hwange Power Plant Expansion Project (2 x 335 MW units). Successfully installed conveyer belt scales on the Harare Power Station’s conveyer belts installation project. Initiated the design and installation of a turbine condition monitoring system panel for Harare Power Station. Responsibilities:• Installation, calibration, commissioning, and repair of electrical, control, and instrumentation equipment.• Analysing data trends from monitoring systems, for optimisation to enhance plant performance, reliability and efficiency.• Carrying out quality checks on control and instrumentation systems, and electrical installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.• Involved in project planning, progress monitoring, and review of installation procedures.• Preparing maintenance test results reports, troubleshooting steps, and coming up with technical justifications for new plant equipment.
