      *At a customer’s end looking after Technical as well as commercial support.*My responsibility to assure that our products should run smoothly on line and give better performance. *In the case of troubleshooting co-ordinate with our R&D team & try to solve the problem without affecting the production line. *I was also taking care of commercial part. Manager in Central Quality (Operations Quality Paintshop) and responsible for ensuring effective online Vehicle Inspection in the Paint shop*Knowledge of PT- CED line, sealant line, underbody line, dry and wet sanding line, surfacer and top coat booth, polishing line work*Responsible for reducing defect level of painted body. Deliver cabs as per specified paint Quality standard*Responsible for Man Power planning and handling, rework analysis, improvement in FSO.*In-house and TCF demerits Audits and corrective measure to enhance quality of the product*Conduct daily audits which include Process Audit, Dynamic Audit, Sealant Line Audits, and Rust Audit. Reviewing & tracking of abnormalities based on baseline audit conducted. Ensure closure of all issues in sustenance audit by Process Owner. Set effective techniques to detect issue at quality gates in process.*Recurrence prevention of issues referred by Product Support Team (PST), Walk Home Failure issues and Customer complaints*Customer Product Audit (CPA) issue communication & drive for resolution prevention.*Imparted training to the newly joined inspectors about Paint Standards & allocation of work to them on a daily basis.*Doing daily calibration of inspector & giving awareness about the defects. Improve Competency level of inspectors by imparting training. *Preparation of daily reports such as Paint report, Dent Damage Report & Andon pull report.*Effective Participation in Body - Bumper Shade matching along with CFT members.
