  This work responsibility is offered from Hidota union because of the contribution I made in the 2020 Cohort Acumen accelerator program and make Hidota union one of the best social enterprise among the participants. Acumen awarded Hidota union $25K to scale it's project for 6 Month and to reach more farmers in the new areas. I am leading the Acumen funded social impact scaling project since Oct 2021. My role is providing strategic project management guidance for project team and Hidota board of directors, produce detail project implementation plan and report, coaching and mentoring the project team, regularly sharing the progress update with the Acumen team. Moreover, I am representing Hidota in Acumen community circle and making the relationship and partnership of the two organization alive. Show less
