  I am the co-owner along with my Wife Julie of Challenge Fit UK. We specialise in Fat Loss and Endurance Training & Nutrition, with a holistic, natural approach to both. Helping you fuel your body for sport and health, reducing injury risk, increasing strength and improving performance. If you like the idea of predominantly training outdoors, using your own body weight and eating wholesome natural foods, then we can help. We will work with you through all the stages of achieving your end goal, from fat loss nutrition coaching through to a specific physical training programme for your chosen challenge. Our belief is that your overall health will benefit so much more from outdoor activities and sport. Our online based training software means that we can work with you no matter where you are situated. Making use of social media, skype and our easy to use coaching app, you will have your own Personal Fitness Coach with you 24/7, keeping you on track with your training and motivated to achieve your goals. Our aim is not only to help you achieve the challenge you have set but also to help you achieve optimal health, through mindset, nutrition and physical training that creates a permanent lifestyle change you can ultimately enjoy.
