Served as a Change Agent in gaining internal buy-in for the procedures. * Project managed the on-time and within budget migration from single site legacy TDM phone system to enterprise VoIP system for 18 sites with a $500,000 budget, with substantial telecommunications cost savings. * Implemented and supported Qlikview Business Intelligence, BI, client-server software infrastructure for improved managerial decisions and business analysis.* Collaborated with multiple hospitals to enable remote access for physicians to medical centers’ PACS and EMR systems, resulting in increased efficiency and a new revenue stream. * Served as Lead on third-party HIPAA audit for Sibley and facilitated HIPAA security risk assessments for clients in 2 states.
