I was responsible for finding synergy between Ricoh and other federal systems integrators. Working with these integrators, I helped uncover opportunities where Ricoh’s products, advanced services and solutions compliment our partner’s offerings and add value to their federal efforts. I brought together our partner and internal teams in the capture effort; negotiate and consummate teaming agreements. I was involved with each opportunity all the way through the proposal submission and implementation. I supported the entire Ricoh Federal organization and had to have knowledge of all federal civilian agencies and DoD branches. Building this program at Ricoh from the ground up, I was successful at creating a large network of contacts and advocates throughout the integrator community and have been able to change the perception of Ricoh and our capabilities. My 24 month co-capture pipeline was over $1 Billion. Show less I was responsible for the strategy, marketing and implementation of Ricoh’s largest program throughout any vertical sector. I assisted in driving sales through diverse and complex partner distribution channels. My efforts led to a nearly doubling of the revenue sold through the program to approximately $400 Million. I helped influence the recompete statement of work and subsequently was successful in winning and negotiating the current 10 year contract. I also was able to introduce more advanced and complex IT and managed services to the offerings. My efforts included executive strategy meetings, sales force training and business development goal setting, marketing and campaign efforts and direct customer meetings.
