We create experiences digitally through our Media channels, creative online events, and the Student's Magazine. In some quantities, I have been part of data analysis for credit evaluative algorithms based on behavioural and user parameters beyond traditional credit decisioning methods. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 • Identified Comparative & Exclusive scopes of Credit policies within the business & partnered institution - leading to projects for impacting bottom-line revenues & B2C Credit policies. • Impacted the Sales, Agents & Tech team with RCA on Mandate & NACH, on Onboarding procedures. • Assisted in regular examination of third-party performances & identification of bottlenecks and fixes. • The qualitative research and testing have led to proceed with 10+ product and analysis projects impacting the product quality and extending the scope and capabilities of the processes within Propelld.   For about 8 weeks in the summer, I joined the amazing humans at Atlassian, building experiences in the Marketplace team and contributing to initiatives on the partner side.This included : • Responsible for revamping the publishing experience for partners in the Atlassian Marketplace, and building the research and design basis. • Built comprehensive research and analysis with journey mapping, end-to-end experience and informational architecture and flow, user interview synthesis, competitive landscape, and evaluative analysis on enterprise standards, different competitors, and their performances in the product and experience metrics. • Working out key mindsets and persona journeys, building the brief, and identifying impact areas and values. • Detailed high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes of the redesigned publishing and managing experience, demonstrating key user flows. • Collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and cross-functional teams and participating in cross-team sparring and critique sessions.
