      As Area Supervisor I oversaw the planning and scheduling of Service and Maintenance contractors on the East Region wind farm sites, ensuring planned maintenance, pending corrective issues, proactive and reactive major component exchanges and corrective fault response were managed efficiently as per SPR agreed KPI targets. It was also my responsibility to oversee the co-ordination of Field Operations Supervisors for the East Region, allowing for a balance of contractual supervision and administrative obligations, again as per KPI targets. Show less As Site Supervisor I am responsible for actively overseeing the Servicing and Maintenance of plant and apparatus on the wind farm site. This not only includes the wind turbine technology, but also all the infrastructure equipment and facilities. I have recurring obligations such as carrying out site inspections, calculating and reporting site availability, planning of proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, preparation of maintenance work control documentation and ensuring the correct completion of works, completion of HS&E behavioural and work control audits, holding progress meetings with contractor supervisors. I manage the site budget and am responsible for implementation of the steps involved in the procurement process. I also identify and initiate improvement opportunities both from a commercial, safety and environmental perspective and I assist with the progress of the key steps involved in completing improvements/requirements.
