      As a Trainee at Maquinarias S.A., an importer and distributor of vehicles and heavy machinery, I had the opportunity to perform different functions in 4 areas of the company: Finance, Quality Assurance, Trade Marketing and Vehicle Planning. In this experience I can highlight the management of the budget of the heavy equipment unit, the management of KPIs of the Nissan and Renault brands, and the realization of loyalty events with customers of the different vehicle brands.

      I was Project Leader within the HR Strategy and Transformation area of Telefónica Hispanoamerica, a new regional business model of Telefonica that brings together the operations of eight countries: Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. This allowed me to manage people from different countries and lead strategic projects with impact throughout the region, among which I highlight: • Deployment of the New Regional Model in the HR Department: 66% of local Human Resources processes were adapted and adhered to the regional model (14% more than estimated), accompanying the different areas with the necessary tools and advice for a successful transition.• New Ways of Working: A hybrid model of post-Covid work was defined and deployed in three phases: Design of guidelines, preparation for the return (communication, training, technological tools, enabling of physical spaces) and finally return, in which more than 30K employees from all countries were able to come back to the branches safely. Show less On the one hand, I had the mission of managing the processes and projects related to employee development (performance evaluation, talent management, career plans, training plans, among others), managing to launch Movistar Talent Lead, a talent program that combined a training plan and specific incentives for 50 top leaders of the company. On the other hand, within the Digital Transformation that Telefonica was beginning to go through, I was trained in Agile and Scrum, and I assumed the role of Scrum Master of a squad in the HR Department. Show less Responsible for managing the compensation of more than 1,000 employees within the company, by carrying out different internal and external analyses (internal equity, external competitiveness) as well as the development of salary bands and position valuation (Hay Group methodology). As a result, I managed to launch the first exclusive salary bands for the B2B segment in the company. On the other hand, I was in charge of transforming the company's benefits management, improving the user experience of more than 3,500 employees. Show less
