  Client SSD planning team LeaderI manage a team of 10 product planners in the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Division and lead more than 300 engineers in a variety of projects related to hardware, software, and qualification tests. I develop schedules as well as issue and program tracking strategies based on the internal and external engineers’ feedback, system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs. I influenced and led the standardization of Ecosystems and several specifications across projects. I collaborated with global key customers such as Intel, Microsoft, Google, Qualcomm and top PC OEMs. I developed and managed project milestones, product schedules, key deliverables and streamlined work processes to execute priority tasks.- Supervised the firm’s two largest revenue-contributing projects: BC501/ BC511 and BC711/PC711 product launches, which account for ca. 60% of the firm’s revenue.- Proposed two new specifications (.9 and .8 volts) for SSDs to the standard committee resulting in a change in culture in the department as it was the first time such a proposal was made by a non-executive employee.- Pioneered a new platform validation system with Intel that saved time and engineering resources on our customer qualification tests.- Single-handedly formulated the presentation material used in the keynote addresses of the CTO in the 2016 and 2017 Flash Memory Summit (FMS) with over 6,000 participants.
