  As a bassist at End These Days, I wrote the lyrics for the latest digital EP's title song, Dead End, and composed a rough sketch for an upcoming full length album. Toured Japan, China, and Taiwan. Notable local performances include Gangwon Rock Festival and Busan Rock Festival. Designed t-shirts that sold out promptly.

  Commerce manager

  As a commerce manager, I ran 6 web stores and 21 offline stores at Jaseng Bio. On average, I handled about 80 customer service requests per month, using chat bots to automate answers for repetitive questions. Of all 12 products that were publicly open for sale, I designed product detail photos for 6 of them, and did package designs for two products. Since the company was discontinuing most of the products, I stopped SEM or influencer collaborations toward the end of my stay. Also closed the official webstore that I renovated last year, for another reboot.My achievements include:- 250% revenue growth, 1450% fan count growth, and 500% more reviews for Naver Smartstore within 1 year- Using chat bots to stack and queue inquiries due to shortage of staff- Using tablets with text-message CRM tool (Dodo Point) for offline stores to replace an archaic offline membership system that used paper contracts, saving countless hours of manpower and increasing clarity of agreements for marketable audience that we could finally track 더보기 취소
