  In this role I provided front of house service to a variety of visitors, which included signposting, transferring enquiries to the correct department and providing information and tickets for events, exhibitions, lectures and services. In this position I actively encouraged our donations and patronage schemes, responded to internal and external mail, led staff briefings and was a nominated member of the Staff Forum board of representatives. This role involved not just organisational and administrative skills but, as a World Heritage site, it also involved a friendly and engaging manner in order to create that perfect and memorable experience for our visitors.   Undergraduate Assistant and Receptionist

  This role, in the school of Social Sciences and faculty of Humanities involved providing support for the efficient delivery of undergraduate administration. This involved using a variety of University based systems e.g. Campus Solutions, Blackboard and advising students on a variety of aspects of student life including module selection, exam and assessment support and volunteer opportunities. I played an important part of Semester operations including Dissertation hand - ins, marksheets and grading rosters and laising with lecturers and moderators to ensure deadlines were met. I proudly took on extra responsibilities in the Adminstration of Social Anthropology which involved using my excel skills to create formulas and manage course content online. Show less

  My role involves being part of Christian Aid's Central UK Engagement Team based in Warrington, answering any questions our supporters may have as well as reaching out to them about our Key Moments, Emergency Appeals, Campaigns, Fundraising opportunities and tips. I maintain an accurate CRM Dynamics Database, manage some of our Regional Social Media Pages and Proccess Map new stewardship processes and resource requests. I moderate orders that need approval, manage supporter subscriptions and champion new ways of giving. The essential aspect to my role is to establish trusting and transparent relationships with our range of supporters from Individual Givers to Church Reps and Group Organisers and guide them in their stewardship journey so that they feel valued and empowered to help make a difference.
