  As the Global Service Manager for End User Computing, I lead the Project Change Control and Service Transformation in readiness for the move to the Cloud and to Windows-as-a-Service. This multi-award-winning Programme named EPIC (Enhanced Productivity in the Cloud) was divided into two main phases, the email migration from Lotus Notes in year one, and the upgrade to O365 and Windows 10 in year 2. Each Deployment across 180 markets and ~38,000 users was completed in a 3-month period, and involved users self-serving their own upgrade, supported by numerous launch events, Change Champions and Online Broadcasts.The business case for EPIC was based on £10m investment and a £10m year on year saving.
