Products Development/ Delivery Leader and Program Lead.

I was inducted into the leadership team of a major transformation programme to guide the programme in its endeavor to achieve its key milestones. A multi-year programme of work with a capital funding in excess of 175 Million. Key highlights :- I orchestrated the first major release by the programme in the first 12 months of my tenure. This instilled renewed confidence in the programme, ensured further Government funding, built a pathway for other parts of the programme to follow and returned the programme to green. - I was instrumental in building a highly cohesive, value driven, high performing product management practice. The skills and best practices embedded have ensured an ever evolving but mature practice. - On the back of my delivery experience, I lead and navigated the teams through the implementation of some critical and contentious outcomes namely, Product Catalogue, Authentication, Multi Factor Authentication, AWS outpost, Spatial Search and a consolidated Operations support framework. - I am currently leading the Data Migration capability to implement the data migration part of the programme using cost effective and value driven solutions. I have built this capability from the ground up. - I personally lead the initiative to reduce the programmes infrastructure footprint resulting in a cost saving of approximately 70 %. (Different Client).- I strategically managed the backlog of programme initiatives through many complex and challenging iterative negotiation cycles thus ensuring the programme met it's commitments.- I lead the successful execution and delivery of key outcomes for the programme which were plagued with long-standing challenges. These key outcomes include – Significantly reducing overnight batch processes to eliminate impact to business operation, Disaster Recovery to eliminate a key programme risk and a new Experience rating capability which was initially proving to be challenging to kickstart.
