  In the role of Instructional Designer, I focus on designing, developing, packaging and adapting content from custom-designed programs. This role also requires me to interact with the Subject Matter Experts (SME), the Talent Academy, the Creative Visual Design team, the global and regional marketing teams, and of all CCL EMEA regional teams. To be successful in this role, it requires that I:• Collaborate, support, and/or partner with the SMEs on the development, design, documentation, test and delivery of practice related resources - in adherence to CCL’s guidelines for copyrighted material - including: o Client specific content associated with consultations, proposal, design, and delivery phases in practice area for all EMEA regions. o Employ up-to-date practice methodologies and generic content creation such as activities, scripts, tool-kits, case studies, ‘lessons learnt’, module presentation deck, project reference material (proposals, designs), training packs for practitioners and for Sales and Marketing teams.• Support SMEs in research on content, methodologies and solutions that follow the latest trends on the market.• Support the development and deployment of the evaluation standards related to the practice to ensure consistent quality for all topic-related interventions and analyses client feedback Show less
