  - Supervise the E2E Accounts Payable & Supply Chain Process of 12 Packing Suppliers, working across the organization team members to enable action plans to improve the account payable process and implement new procedures.-Responsible for the reduction of all accounts payable aging invoices, based on Invoicing Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and structural fixes. -I lead the aging invoicing cleanup of ~ $600 K (256 Invoices) by a Contractual and Legal Agreement negotiation between both companies. -By using BEX Analyzer I developed an Invoicing Manual Intervention Analysis that enabled identify a technical issue, which generates Invoice Duplicity.
