Facilitated stakeholder engagement and administered contracts. •Managed post-award processes from “cradle-to-grave” from start of mobilization through “red-zone” period of contract closeouts and turning over of facilities to end-user.       •Responsible for a team of 16 personnel constructing a $500K 8-building muli-purpose facility, concrete masonry medical clinic for 8-months in a rural village known as Kontali in the Horn of Africa (Djibouti); reviewed construction schedules and design drawings, conducted cost estimating to include man-hours, resources, and bill of materials. Coordinated meetings and engaged with the local leaders and people as the Ambassador for the Navy to establish rapport, humanitarian assistance and “win the hearts and minds” of the people in support of Commander, U.S. 6th Fleet and Commander, Joint Task Force (CJTF) – Horn of Africa (HOA). •Responsible for the 100% mission/deployment readiness of a 600-person battalion for a 6-month training period, an 8-month deployment cycle, and the management of the Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) and Weapons' Table of Allowance (TOA) for the battalion.
