      Praise the Lord God!As a Front Office Manager, I have to make sure everything in Front Office Area (Front Desk, Reservation, Ecommerce, Concierge) runs smoothly. I also make a monthly action plan and conduct trainings for all of FO Staffs. Besides, I have to make sure all of Front Office Staffs follow standards, policies and procedures of Zuri Hotel Management. It is also my main responsibility to maximized Room Revenue as well as ARR and Occupancy, besides maximized the Online Distribution by taking care the Ecommerce (Yielding and Maintain Rates as well as Allotments) and make Promotion and Campaign.Moreover, as a Front Office Manager, my main daily basis is to make sure all the guests meet their expectation and well treated by taking care of their requests and needs during their stay in Grand Zuri Jababeka Hotel.I also have to maximized the GRI Score by doing Five Stars Campaign and Hunting by all of our Staffs.My other main job is also handling guests' complaint and give win win solution for both guests and the Hotel.Furthermore, I also have to do rooms and facilities inspection in order to make sure all the rooms are in a good condition and proper, ready for guests, besides handling VIP Guests and replying online guests' review on behalf of General Manager.
