  Stepped down from my position as Chief Behavioral Health Officer (11 years ) after 25 years of service to The Dimock Center. Responsible and accountable for a management team of 13 dedicated , committed managers and 185 full and part time staff. Increased Behavioral Health budget from 6M to 10M during my eleven years as Chief of Behavioral Health through extensive program development - thus increasing access for men, women and families to short, intermediate and long term substance abuse residential services. Increased bed capacity at Dimock Detox from 30-35 beds during acute substance abuse crisis. Recipient of multiple awards during my tenure. and most recently in October 2014 I was honored with " The Lifetime Achievement Award" from The Association of Behavioral Healthcare (ABH) .I always saw my role at Dimock as "increasing access and providing equality to every client who entered our services" It has been a privilege to be a part of a great agency, Show less
