  As an Enrollment Support Associate, I played a vital role in helping Enrollment Counselors connect with prospective students and exceed team enrollment goals. I also took the initiative to lead a project in partnership with the internal IT team. Together, we created a web-based tool within Excel that streamlined our workflow! Thanks to our collaboration, we were able to advance the way we worked, which maximized our outreach efforts.
