  Having joined Safeway as a Replenishment Manager in 1997, I was then promoted to Systems Manager in 1999, Personnel Manager in 2001 and then Deputy Manager in 2003. When Morrisons acquired the company I transferred across as a Deputy Manager until I left the company in 2007.
