This strategic shift aimed to propel growth and enhance competitiveness in the market.Key Responsibilities:- Managing a team of multi-skilled engineers ensuring the department’s objectives are met and other departments requiring engineering resources are supported.- Ensuring compliance of current products and new product development (NPD) by designing new products to meet required standards and obtaining certifications. Additionally, ensuring timely re-certification of current products to maintain uninterrupted production.
