  Working on Core, live Underwriting process.Working on all 4C's (Credit, Capacity, Capital and Collateral) of underwriting, 1003 form and other relevant forms, AUS (DU & LPA) for Conventional Loans (FNMA & FHLMC). Some key responsibilities of underwriting process :-a. validating various documents like bank statements, paystub, Social Security Award letter, other income documents, LOE, Profit and Loss statment, appraisal report, title report, various income documents, quit claim deed, divorce decree, Credit report (FICO score, trade lines in detail), etc. b. Conditioning the loan for missing documents or information or in case of any clarificationc. Calculating qualifying income of borrowersd. and accordingly approving or denying or suspending the loan application file of borrowers.e.
