      Participation officer kildare gaa

      As a Participation Officer with Kildare GAA, my primary responsibility is to promote and increase participation in Gaelic games at all levels within the community. This role involves engaging with schools, clubs, and community groups to deliver high-quality coaching sessions, workshops, and programs that encourage involvement and skill development.Key responsibilities include: • Organizing and facilitating events, tournaments, and training initiatives to foster interest and participation in Gaelic games. • Collaborating with schools and clubs to provide coaching support, resources, and guidance. • Developing and implementing strategies to make Gaelic games more accessible and inclusive for players of all ages and abilities. • Supporting the development of coaches by mentoring and providing upskilling opportunities. • Acting as a liaison between Kildare GAA and local organizations to strengthen community ties and promote the values of the sport.This role combines coaching expertise, community engagement, and strategic planning to ensure the growth and accessibility of Gaelic games throughout Kildare.
