  1st Operations ECP Rotation: Divisional Quality EngineerFirst rotation of the Early Career Program (ECP) in the role of Divisional Quality Engineer at the their Headquarters in Mentor, Ohio within the Materials Group North America (MGNA) business. Led and implemented multiple continuous improvement projects that involved the utilization of skills such as analytical, programming and project management across multiple departments within the business, specifically the Divisional Quality Claim Entry team, Customer Service team, and Operations team at the manufacturing sites. Overall, the main projects gave visibility to pain points within the largest quality claim groups across the network, created an order checker (error trapping tool) to reduce order entry errors and optimized and standardized operational processes. These projects led to a positive impact on the customer's experience with Avery Dennison as well as the product's quality while achieving sustainable cost savings. Show less
