I was also responsible for ensuring the availability of research scales for respondents and then disseminating and collecting the data in more than ten government agencies and private companies in Yogyakarta.

Prepared the measurement scale and disseminated data until 118 pairs of superiors and subordinates were collected, equal to 347 people, from a private company in Jakarta. The study's results contribute to understanding the correlation and impact of several psychological variables on leadership and organization.
