      While at MBA Architects, I worked as a Project Coordinator responsible for retail fit-up plans serving a wide range of retail clients. It was a very fast-paced work environment that demanded efficiency and quick turn-around. I worked on retail projects and with building departments throughout the United States. I was responsible for producing Construction Documents, technical details, plan QC reviews, client coordination, and permit applications and approvals.

      Worked in the Rochester Office as an Architectural Technician on a wide range of projects that included commercial, manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, high-end residential, K-12 schools, and retail clients. Helped to review and develop CAD standards to increase productivity, responsible for QC plan reviews, shop drawing review, attending project and construction meetings, and Construction Administration.

Became an Associate in the firm and transitioned into Project Management and was promoted to Project Manager.
