Oversee the implementation and prepare the progress report.• Prepare comprehensive report of power, water, and gas monthly consumption of tenants and mall’s common area.• Perform direct planning and supervision for the mall engineering activities which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management.• Witness the Testing and Commissioning of building's equipments such as Airconditioning system, pumps, generators, escalators, elevators and fans.• Review tenant's Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) plans and correct any faults found.• Conduct inspection on tenant's construction to ensure the adherence to mall's construction guidelines for the safety of the whole building.• Lowers power consumption of Airconditiong system of Light Mall without sacrificing the standard comfort temperature of 22.5 deg Celsius.• Slashed operations expenditure cost by 30% by negotiating to replace the handrail and step chain with axle for all 4 escalators as part of warranty of manufacturer.• Prevent unwanted electrical failure by conducting thermal scanning and power quality analyzing regularly.• Responds to mall incidents such as fire and equipment failure. Identify the root cause, act to correct the problem and make recommendation to prevent the incident from happening again.• Site visit and inspection for on-going projects.
