      Served as a Work Health and Safety Officer for 11th Combat Support Battalion. This included training and managing personnel in the Safety aspects required for the unit. The unit area of operations was from Brisbane, Caboolture, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns. This required extensive coverage for training and management of Work Health and Safety issues. I co-ordinated frequently with the outlying areas on regards to safety issues and developed a professional manner towards the Officers in Command. I performed duties in a professional, efficient and cordial manner at all times. I primary served as an advisor to the Brigade Safety Officer concerning the Unit Safety Issues. Show less Posted to several units which include Melbourne, Toowoomba, Sydney, Wagga Wagga, Cabarlah, Townsville. I completed the Corporal’s Leadership Course focusing on the logistic execution, processing intelligence and codify leadership through rigorous discipline. Once attaining the rank of Corporal, I had developed skills to assist in leadership and training, this was when I was posted to Wagga Wagga as a Recruit Instructor. Once posted from Wagga Wagga I was accountable and responsible for the management of skills, inspired teamwork, enhance the effectiveness of 15 soldiers and civilians to deliver the required projects tasked.I was then promoted to Sergeant and was a Road Transport Supervisor in which I developed as a conflict manager, negotiator and liaison skills officer. I insured that 27 soldiers and associated equipment were at a high state of readiness in the event of domestic and international incidents. I supervised the training of soldiers within their sub-sections so that it improved their skills and challenged them as soldiers. I supervised all administration for soldiers and their supervisors in regard to trade training and career progression.I was promoted to Warrant Officer from which I was directly involved in the managing and wellbeing, training and progression of personnel assigned to leadership and career progression courses. Conducted performance evaluations of team leaders and instructors, ensuring their instructional techniques and standards were up to date and met performance criteria.
