  Medium scale road widening works, from N. Moudania to N. Potidaia, Chalkidiki, Greece. Original plan was for a 6km, 30m wide, dual lane carriageway. Scope of works also included service roads, bridges, riverbed settlements, storm water drainage, retaining walls and relevant civil works in the surrounding areas. The role was responsible for all the civil works included in a length of 2 Km of the project and provide assist to Lead Project Manager. Project’s original budget was estimated at € M26.

  Construction of “Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort” a 5 star, 650 bed hotel, for “Med, Sea, Health, & Spa S.A.”. Package includes all electromechanical installations such as water supply, sewage, in-floor heating, etc., all H.V.A.C installations, all plasterboard constructions, all in-bathroom installations. The role is reporting to the Lead Project Manager. Original budget was estimated at € M95.

  • Institute of tissue Repair and Regeneration - Bio-quarter/Edinburgh University £3.5m (principal contractor: Balfour Beatty).• Student accommodation at Market street – Newcastle (principal contractor: Watkin Jones). A £2.2m project consisted of 2 basements & 6 storeys.• Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice - Bellahouston Park - Glasgow (principal contractor: Balfour Beatty). A two storey - 5,800.00m2/£1.9m building construction. The project was finished 2 weeks earlier than the contract's schedule. • Higgs Laboratory - Blackford Hill - Edinburgh’s University Buildings (principal contractor: Graham). A special curved-design new building which will accommodate laboratory facilities, offices and a - great 360 view – restaurant/café on top £2.1m.• Buccleuch student accommodation building - Edinburgh’s University (principal contractor: Graham). Two semi-detached structures with 2 and 5 levels respectively, £3.8m.• Motel One Hotel - Glasgow Central Station (principal contractor: Ogilvie). Attended 3 months of project, as an assistant manager - being trained into company’s structure.Achievements:• Received company’s Health & Safety Excellence Award for the first quarter of 2017, for the safest site in Northern England & Scotland.
