  While I was a professor, I stood out among other colleagues for being proactive and leading in organizational tasks. Thus, I received the invitation not only to be a teacher but also to be a Pedagogical Coordinator at KNN - Bancários. Soon, I started to coordinate with the other teachers, preparing and giving training, helping them to plan classes, in addition to solving bureaucratic issues in the pedagogical department. After the experience of the first months in the bilingual project, I was appointed full-time professor at KNN - Bancários (PB). Here, the audience for the classes was mostly the adult audience. I taught classes to people of all ages, from children who had not yet been literate in Portuguese - these, I participated in their bilingual literacy -, to adults who were completing their master's or doctoral thesis. I worked at KNN - Idiomas (PB) in their bilingual project teaching English language classes to children aged 4 to 14 in regular schools.
