I directed command and control for 3 geographically separated training sites, oversaw 3 teams, 61 personnel, and financial responsibility for supply management and established situational reporting procedures for risk and personnel management. I trained 4800 new recruits annually, directly supervised and mentored 250 instructors on procedures and compliance with Air Force standards, and motivated colleagues to improve training mechanisms and requirements. I collaborated with 68 personnel on manpower planning and scheduling to organize mission launch and recovery schedules and arranged aircraft positioning and depositing schedule
