During the production phase of the maintenance availability I was responsible to the Project Superintendent and the ANZAC SPO Director for ensuring all contracted work was completed on time, within budget and in accordance with all relevant regulations and instructions. As Commonwealth Representative I was responsible for the evaluation and approval of all Contract Change Proposals and Emergent Work Notices during the production phase of the maintenance period whilst ensuring that budget and scheduling constraints were taken into account.
