  During my time at SST I was given a number of projects all based around the design of new products, adapting products or recreating our production methods. The job required me to quickly get competent and efficient with solid works and develop a basic understanding of Star CCM+.   As a Design Assurance Engineer, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of product and system designs through conducting design reviews, risk assessments, implementing quality control measures and leading the NPI (New Product Introduction) process. I work closely with the design and Manufacturing teams to drive process improvements and ensure designs meet industry and customer standards through the use of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.I bring expertise in design and manufacturing processes, as well as proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, and ERP systems.
