  I had worked as a production and Q/C chemist in the Engineer companyfor rubber products and lining in Egypt for 3 years I've a goodexperience in the manufacturing of all types of rubber and the mixturesof creep {RSS1,RSS3,natural bonne,artificial bonne} with the chemicals to make Sbr rubber or sponge rubber for profiles, fenders , joints , flanges , gaskets\' , O\'rings also and its' vulcanization processes , (Ebdm rubber) natural and artificial mixtures and it's vulcanization processes with the autoclaves also through my work I've made researches and experiments to get the cheapest way to manufacture rubber and also with high quality.Also the rubber lining process for any metallic surfaces against corrosion due to chemicals using various types of rubber (Hard, Soft ,Cold BIR rubber) also ceramic lining , lead lining and i have a big knowledge about the primers and adhesives which is used for every type of rubber and it's chemical components and also manufacturing Show less

  REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES1. Perform chemical, biological, and physical tests including nitrogen species, oil and grease,chemical and biochemical oxygen demand, calorimetric and volumetric analyses, cyanide, tracemetals, heavy metals and bioassay.2. Utilize a wide variety of laboratory equipment including an atomic absorption spectrometer,graphite furnace, gas chromatograph, mercury analyzer, total organic carbon analyzer, and UVspectrometer to test for heavy metals including mercury and carcinogenic organic compounds.3. Monitor and review the results of the quality assurance/control program; analyze laboratory dataand recommend treatment modifications present data analysis in tabular and graphical forms.4. Maintain accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results ensure compliancewith government regulations prepare analytical work sheets and reports.5. Respond to citizen inquiries and complaints interview customers, collect samples, and reportfindings.6. Oversee and participate in the preparation of chemical reagents.7. Perform the most complex and difficult laboratory analysis develop new methods and techniquesof analysis.8.
