      During the condensed full-time internship with Australian fashion label Romance was born, I spent 3 weeks gaining skills and knowledge, assisting with all in house fashion production processes for 'Queen Of The Night Collection 1:2017'.Here, I furthered my technical skills in the laying and cutting of patterns, fusing, and preparing and organising embellishments for all overseas production. I also assisted in product photo-shoots, assisting the design team on up and coming collection 2: 'Aura Aurora 2017', steaming and pressing archived haute couture garments. I also assisted in the development of the online store using shopify, accompanied with an in-house stock-take. Show less

      I was lucky to connect with Jess during a pop up sale she was hosting in Brisbane. During this internship I was able to apply my skills in digital marketing strategies to grow her jewelry brand with very little budget in place.       I was accountable for coordinating and overseeing every aspect of production for this small Brisbane based in-house fashion label. This included planning, scheduling, directing and executing production activities to meet dead lines and ensure each collection was completed in time. I was also accountable for all quality control of inward and outward goods to wholesalers and branded stores. I joined Maiocchi in a difficult period for the company and faced many challenges due to financial difficulties and frequent management changes. With these difficulties came opportunities as I was able to learn and apply different skills to many different areas of the business. I managed the growing online store whilst assisting and managing strategic social media campaigns. With my skills in photography, I took product photos for each range produced, working with the designer and directing the model. I also had the opportunity to maximize profit and drive sales with minimal cost on off periods by designing garments utilising remnant fabric. Show less Whilst working as the production coordinator at Maiocchi, I also worked in both shop front sites in Brisbane. This was an incredible experience as I gained great customer feedback which I could offer to both the design and marketing team. Whilst working in the store, I gained an abundance of skills as I was autonomously managing two separate stores. There was a key requirement and focus on daily store KPI’s and exceptional styling and communication skills. With the production knowledge I gained, I was able to apply this to my selling techniques to not only grow customer loyalty within existing customer database but also reach new and potential customers. I left Maiocchi with the confidence and capability to sell designer goods and provide a high level of customer service to the growing mature market. Show less

      During my role, I was under guidance of the general manager/marketing director of Aware Group's in house brands. I provided flexibility and support to ensure the brands were presented consistently, campaigns were delivered to deadline and all other aspects of business were working smoothly whilst building my skills in cross-departmental communication. Within my first 3 months, I was chosen to represent our brand Organic Choice on our sponsorship with the lifestyle channel series love it or list it. This successful multi-functional marketing campaign involved many different touch points. Organic Choice were proud sponsours of Love it or list it through the mini series 'Neale Whitaker's Institute Of Style'. The Institute of Style was a 4 minute mini series with 6 episodes. The idea of this mini series was to interview a number of successful Australian creators in the industry. During our two day shoot in Sydney, MUD, The plant society, Anna Carin Design, Bedouine Societe, Jessie Breakwell, & Nusa Indah were shot and recoreded.
