  Key Responsibilities;- I produced written content promoting the Tender Hearts Schools Programme.- I created a video using imagery and quotes from pupils and teachers who had previously engaged with the programme.- I conducted interviews with 5 undergraduate students undergoing their placement with Tender and produced an article detailing their experience for the John Moores University's Social Sciences website.-I assisted with the writing of two bids for funding. One of which was accepted and secured £10,000 which was granted to keep the programme running in schools across Merseyside for the next few years.- I assisted my two supervisors with their daily tasks, including taking minutes at meetings.- I proofread and formatted documents on behalf of my supervisors.Skills;- Time management - This was my first experience of working full-time in a professional setting. Unlike in my retail roles in which I stayed in work for the duration of my shift, I had to adapt to moving between workspaces and attending training sessions across the city.- Prioritisation of tasks - I wanted to gain the most from this internship as possible. The duration was for one month so to ensure I developed as many skills as possible I had to work at a quick pace. This meant that I had to be mindful to work in a way that was efficient, being able to carefully prioritise my workload was essential to achieve this.- Multitasking - Similar to my point above, work efficiently was central to the success of this internship.- Communication.
