      The Leeds Dual Diagnosis Project aims to promote evidence based best practiceto ensure that the best care is delivered to service users with complex needs in Leeds. We aim improve access to treatment and outcomes for people who experience co-existing drug and/or alcohol use and mental health disorders. It is a multi-agency network developed to ensure that services that come into contact with this client group are readily able to assess, engage and to co-ordinate care effectively.Our partnership includes professionals from a range of mental health and drug & alcohol services who have a shared vision of collaborative and integrated treatment.       Positive Pathways supports people who need to find suitable housing or are having difficulty managing where they live due to issues connected to their mental health. The service is delivered in partnership with Community Links, Touchstone, Leeds Mind, Leeds Federated Hosuing and Leed Irish Health and Homes. The St Anne's part of the Positive Pathways service specifically supports people who expierience co-existing mental health and substance use difficulties (dual diagnosis).       Community Links Training is a leading provider of mental health training. The training team deliver a range of scheduled courses related to mental health, management and personal development. Our flagship courses are Mental Health First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training and safeTALK, in addition we also develop and deliver bespoke training courses. The Community Links Training Team has achieved Customer Service Excellence accreditation, all members of the team have extensive experience in their chosen fields and are experts in managing complex group dynamics and processes.
